We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Mechanic to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs and maintenance on automobiles, including major brands such as Volkswagen, BMW, and more.
- Utilize your experience with a wide range of car models to diagnose and fix problems that arise in vehicles.
- Provide exceptional service to our customers by working in auto repair shops, garages, or dealerships.
- Specialize in specific vehicle types or focus on particular areas of car repair, such as brakes, transmissions, or electrical systems.
- Complete routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and safety inspections.
- Efficiently and effectively complete repairs by utilizing diagnostic scanners, wrenches, lifts, and other tools and equipment.
- Communicate clearly and understandably with customers, explaining problems and repairs in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in the automotive industry to ensure your knowledge remains current and relevant.
- Bilingual skills in English (basic), German, or Dutch are mandatory.


Requirements:

- A minimum of one year of experience working with major brands, including Volkswagen, BMW, and others.
- Completion of a formal training program, such as an automotive technology program at a vocational school or community college, is preferred.
- Alternatively, consideration will be given to those with on-the-job training or apprenticeships in car mechanics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively diagnose and repair engine issues.
- Excellent knowledge of car parts, engines, and systems.
- Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks and safety inspections.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and explain repairs.
- Ability to stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the automotive industry.

What We Offer:

- Competitive hourly wage: €14.50 - €20 brutto per hour (based on a 40-hour full-time workweek).
- Overtime pay at a rate of 125% for each additional hour worked and 200% on holidays (solely at your own discretion).
- Paid vacation entitlement after the first month of employment, based on the number of hours worked, following Dutch legislation (more hours worked result in increased vacation entitlement).
- Compensation for travel: €0.21 euro cents per kilometer for the round trip.
